Fightress Aaron is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and the founder of New Beginnings Counseling.
With a Master of Science in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling, Fightress brings a trauma-informed, culturally affirming approach to therapy. She specializes in helping women—especially mothers—work through anxiety, depression, and trauma using tools like EMDR, Brainspotting, and attachment-based care.
As a therapist, Fightress is known for her warm presence, deep listening, and commitment to helping clients heal from generational wounds. In addition to her clinical work, she’s passionate about mentoring early-career clinicians, supporting Black maternal health, and creating healing spaces through her work at Wellness Oasis Pike Road.
When she’s not in session, you can find her homeschooling her three children, traveling, or sipping tea while dreaming up her next big vision to support community wellness.

Dr. Calandra Hawkins is a compassionate and insightful therapist who brings over two decades of experience in educational leadership into her clinical work. With a career grounded in supporting growth, resilience, and personal development, she now walks alongside adolescents and adults as they navigate life transitions, explore identity, and work through challenges in their relationships—with others and with themselves.
Dr. Hawkins has a natural ability to connect with clients who feel stuck, uncertain, or overwhelmed by change. Her calm, supportive presence provides a safe and welcoming space for clients to process their emotions, reflect on their experiences, and begin building the life they envision.
She uses a thoughtful, collaborative approach to help clients gain clarity, strengthen self-awareness, and develop practical tools for emotional wellness. Whether you're adjusting to a new season of life, seeking greater self-understanding, or working through relationship stress, Dr. Hawkins offers guidance with warmth, empathy, and respect.
Calandra Hawkins is under the clinical supervision of Heather Angel Leonard, LPC-S.

Lasha is especially skilled at helping clients make sense of complex environments—schools, families, and systems—that can feel overwhelming or invalidating. Her work is informed by years of hands-on experience supporting youth and families through transitions, stress, and emotional challenges.
Clients appreciate Lasha’s grounded, thoughtful approach and her ability to meet them where they are while gently guiding growth and resilience. She is passionate about helping individuals and families feel supported, understood, and equipped to move forward with confidence.
